RETURNS

Policy

You can return your item in its original condition within 28 calendar days. Tags must be attached to the item or garment and a proof of purchase present.

Either visit the Stadium Superstore at the John Smiths Stadium or alternatively return your item by post. Attach the returns label found at the bottom of the invoice and attach it with correct postage. Ensure all original delivery labels are covered before posting.

If an item delivered is faulty shop.htafc.com will reimburse the postage cost.

We are unable to accept returns for any underwear due to hygiene reasons.

Due to technical processes used, it is imperative that each individual garments' washing instructions are followed exactly as stated on the care label. We will not accept returns that have been soiled, torn or damaged due to incorrect washing or wear.

Please return all items to the below address including your order reference and a note of what is the reason for return.
